With a fifteen minute deluxe Savasana, it is the perfect antidote to modern life. Students are supported to move carefully into each pose, with sufficient time to use props and make adjustments. The wall or a chair can be used for support during standing and balancing poses and in the transition from standing to the seated poses. Our classes are kept small to ensure personalised attention and allow each person to practice according to their own ability and advance at their own rate.
